The match takes place the weekend before Eddie Jones' squad travel to Italy for their rearranged final fixture in the 2022 Six Nations.
"This game will be an important start to the autumn for us," said England head coach Eddie Jones.

Subject to obtaining the relevant licence and approvals including those from public health authorities, the Rugby Football Union hopes up to 20,000 supporters will be able to attend.
RFU chief executive Bill Sweeney said: "We continue to work closely with government and the local authority on the return of sports fans to the stadium. "A test event will be held to put into practice our operational plans and demonstrate that Twickenham Stadium is well prepared."
Last year England triumphed 28-14 in this traditional and highly prestigious end-of-season showdown for the Quilter Cup.
Former England back Chris Ashton, now with Toulon, could line up as the opposing full-back to Cipriani.
Barbarians head coach Pat Lam finalised his group by adding five more players after struggling with injuries.
In come Scotland fly-half Finn Russell, New Zealand centre Malakai Fekitoa, Newcastle and Fiji centre Josh Matavesi, his Falcons colleague flanker Nili Latu and Connacht prop Denis Buckley.

Barbarian FC president John Spencer added: "We are working closely with the RFU to ensure England v Barbarians will be an exciting match in a safe environment.
"The safety of players, staff and supporters is paramount.
"The RFU are working hard to put the necessary protocols in place and we look forward to returning to Twickenham."
Attendees can only buy tickets seated together for people in a single household, including their support bubble; this includes any transferred tickets.

England will take on the Barbarians at Twickenham Stadium on Sunday 25th October in the rescheduled Quilter Cup match.
This match had originally been due to take place in June, but was subsequently postponed due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
An inexperienced England XV beat the Baa Baas 51-43 in a highly entertaining Quilter Cup match last year.
England and the Barbarians have played each other on 18 occasions since their first meeting in 1990. England have won 10 matches, whilst the Baa Baas have won eight matches.
